Refund and Return Policy for Food Products

Overview
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement.

Refunds
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect the issue, we will issue a refund or replacement. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] and send your item to: Summit County Ohio.

Non-returnable Items
Perishable goods such as popcorn, snacks, and other food products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are open or consumed.

Allergen Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that guests are aware of potential allergens in our products. For detailed nutrition and allergy information, please visit popthedate.com and find the specific flavor you ordered. Our popcorn is made in facilities that handle various allergens, and we cannot guarantee that our products are free from cross-contamination. Each popcorn bag will also include the following statement:

“For nutrition & allergy facts: popthedate.com”

Please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing, especially if you or your guests have food allergies.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

Shipping Returns
To return a damaged or incorrect product, mail it to Summit County Ohio. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted from the amount.

Gifts
If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
